A Division of Shonga Steel Limited, undertakes a wide range of specialist sub-contract work to the construction industry as well as direct supply of units to other smaller customers.

Major products that fall under this division are:-

Hire and sale of formwork, scaffolding and adjustable props;
Hire of building hoists;
Sale and erection of Shonga Adjustable Steel Shelving;
Supply, installation and glazing of Aluminum Curtain walling, door and window systems;
Supply, installation and glazing of various types of demountable partitioning systems;
Supply and installation of various types of suspended ceiling systems, access floor systems, electrical support systems, trunking, cable trays, cable ladders;
Supply of pressed metal door frames – single rebate 1M & 2M profile;
Supply of fly screens and carpentry works;
Installation of sliding doors and windows, display cabinets, shop fronts and swing doors.

.Steel division

Steel division provides an essential service to all aspects of construction work within the Building and Civil Engineering Industry in Zambia.

We undertake:

fixing of reinforcing steel on site and also manufacture lightweight, cost effective spider trusses, fabricated to specific needs in spans of up 12 meters, supported by qualified engineers and supervisors;
fabrication, supply and installation of standard or customer tailored aerial masts;
cutting and bending of steel for any customer who may wish to use our expert services at our Mukwa road factory premises. A product that has now been transferred to this division is the manufacture of pressed door frames – single rebate 1M & 2M profiles and window frames. The division is also responsible providing the entertainment industry with performance stages, sunshades and carports.
